SUMMARY:Fairmount Greenway Bike Ride
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided bike ride this fall through the Fairmount Greenway! This bike tour is open to both adults and children\, and it will include stops at numerous Fairmount Greenway sites where local community members have created valuable green spaces like urban gardens\, food forests\, and public parks for each other! \nYour RSVP will help us to be better prepared for the event and will ensure that you are up to date with any changes! RSVPing is not required for you to attend\, but it is appreciated. \nEvent Details: \n\nDate: Saturday\, September 12th (rain date: Saturday\, September 26)\nEvent Duration: 10:00 – 1:00 pm\nMeeting Location: TBA\n\nWe will have a limited number* of free Bluebikes available for attendees who want/need to ride a Bluebike for the event! Please indicate in the form whether you and/or your guests plan to take advantage of this opportunity. *Limited availability is also contingent on how many bikes are available at the nearest Bluebike dock.\n \n\nSnacks & refreshments will be provided prior to the ride beginning. \n\nImportant notes:\n\nAll attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver before beginning the ride.\nWe strongly encourage attendees to wear a helmet and reflective and/or brightly colored clothing.\nMassachusetts law requires any person 16 years old or younger riding a bicycle to wear a helmet.\n\nMore information about the ride\, including the exact route\, will be announced as soon as possible.
